Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or limited-edition pieces (due to their unique nature).
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Worn or damaged items (unless it arrived damaged or defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost.

Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
